Returns & Product Care
We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, please shoot us a message so we can decide accordingly for a fitting solution. Alternatively you also may return your items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please treat all products with care. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Made to Order & Sustainability
Each piece is crafted just for you once your order is placed. This reduces overproduction, keeps things more sustainable, and lets us work with trusted global partners.

Because of this, delivery may take a little longer than standard retail. You will receive a tracking code once your items are shipped.
Depending on your location, local taxes or import duties may apply.

Privacy
Your trust matters to us. We only collect the information needed to process your order and provide a smooth experience, such as your name, address, and contact details.

Your data is handled with care, stored securely, and never sold to third parties. We only share information when necessary to complete your order, such as with trusted shipping partners.
